Great products deserve launches that land.
Here's how I can help and what it looks like to work together.
I specialize in launch content and customer proof for B2B SaaS companies with fewer launch mistakes, faster stakeholder alignment, and a launch that helps prospects get the product quickly.
That means content built on a clear buyer narrative that gives the people you're trying to reach the clarity they need to say yes, not just a collection of well-written assets.
Launch Content
-
When you're launching a product, feature, campaign or entering a new market with a complex product, you need one person who understands the whole story from positioning to delivery. I own that narrative and produce every asset that brings it to life.

Not ready for a full launch bundle?
Already have a clear brief and a strategy in place?
Standalone assets are available for blog posts, case studies, email sequences, and landing page copy.
All standalone work includes two rounds of revisions, a shared Notion workspace, and a handoff note. Pricing varies by scope. Not sure where to start? A $300 strategy call, applicable toward any project, gets us oriented quickly.
I’ll walk you through the process.
My job is to be on top of the things that make your job easier, whether that's interviewing subject matter experts, sending Loom walkthroughs, or just telling you exactly what to expect and when.
Michelle Brammer, Director of Growth Marketing at Lingo, put it this way:
"You are always one of my stronger freelancers. You tell me what to expect and when to expect it, which helps with my planning. Plus, you are not afraid to get original content and quotes or ask questions. Crazy as it may sound, that is already above and beyond many folks I worked with."
Good work happens when expectations are clear, and communication is easy. Here's what that looks like.
Step 1 - Vibe Check and Project Fit
Pleased to meet you!
Fill out a short intake form covering your goals, timeline, and communication preferences. From there, we connect on a 20-minute call or keep it fully async.
Once we decide to move forward, you'll receive a service agreement, a deposit invoice, and a welcome Loom video that walks you through what to expect.
Step 2 - Deep Dive and Creative Build
This part is so much fun.
I'll send a Launch Discovery Packet covering your brand foundations, audience, and a brief for each asset.
Everything lives in a shared Notion workspace, which is your single source of truth for goals, timelines, drafts, and feedback.
You'll get a weekly 3-bullet status note: what's done, what's next, and what I need from you.
Feedback windows are 3 business days for outlines and 5 business days for drafts.
Step 3 - Delivery
You’ll receive a shiny draft for your approval by the deadline.
You'll receive a publish-ready draft, a tracked-changes version, and a short handoff note or Loom for your team. Your eyes will well up. And a single tear of happiness and pride will stream down your cheek.
For launch packages, there are many project milestones. This will be the process for each, or we can bundle similar deliverables for fewer touchpoints based on your preference.
Also for launch projects, I'm available 2 weeks post-delivery for minor tweaks and messaging questions.
A wrap-up Loom covers what we accomplished and a few ideas for what's next. Your final invoice arrives at the same time. A flash mob may or may not appear. I can neither confirm nor deny.
A Note on AI
I sometimes use AI tools to support my business processes and as a brainstorming and editing partner. Every word delivered to you is written, shaped, and owned by me. If you have preferences about how AI is handled during your project, please let me know during intake.
