Tell your story and build your reputation (without the extra workload).

Here's how we will tailor your authentic personal brand to stand out on LinkedIn.

Your expertise and insights move industries forward. But if you're not visible where decision-makers gather (*cough, cough*…LinkedIn), you're missing opportunities meant for you.

Bad news:
Creating consistent, strategic LinkedIn content takes 5-10 hours per week, which is time you don't have.

Good news:
That’s my bread and butter. When you work with me, we’ll create content that sounds like you, with your goals in mind, to build your personal brand while supporting your company’s growth.

  • The Executive Partner

    Starting at $6,800/month

Best for C-suite leaders building major personal brands alongside company visibility.

    What you get:

    4 LinkedIn posts per week (16 posts/month)

1 carousel or visual content piece per month

    Weekly 30-minute strategy calls (4x/month)

    Quarterly 90-minute content strategy review

3 rounds of revisions per post

Priority response time (within 4 business hours)

I manage your posting schedule end-to-end

Strategic comment drafting for 5 high-value posts per month

Collaboration with your marketing team to ensure brand alignment

    What this means:
"Comment drafting" = when your post gets traction, I draft 3-5 thoughtful replies to key commenters in your voice. You review, approve, and post. This keeps the conversation going without you spending an hour in your LinkedIn notifications.

    Commitment: 6-month minimum

    How it works:
You get white-glove service. I'm your strategic thought partner for LinkedIn presence, ensuring every post ladders up to your personal brand goals while supporting company objectives. We stay 3 weeks ahead on content, with flexibility for rapid-response posts when news breaks.

  • Voice & Strategy Foundation (Required for all new clients)

    One-time fee of $2,500

Before I write a single post, I need to capture your voice, understand your audience, and establish strategic direction.

    What's included:

    2-hour voice immersion session (recorded)

Voice guide document covering your communication patterns, vocabulary, sentence structure, and 10 sample hooks

Strategic foundation: audience analysis, competitive landscape, content themes framework

    90-day content roadmap

    LinkedIn profile optimization recommendations

Brand alignment review (with your marketing team if applicable)

Timeline: 2 weeks from contract signature

    Why this matters:
This is what makes ghostwriting sound like you instead of generic marketing. It's the difference between "This could be anyone" and "That's exactly how I'd say it."

  • Voice Refresh (For existing clients)

    One-time investment of $1,200

Your voice evolves and company priorities shift. Every 6-12 months, we can recalibrate.

    What's included:

    90-minute voice refresh session

Updated voice guide highlighting what's changed

    Updated content themes

    Quarterly content roadmap

    When to use:
Every 6-12 months, after major company changes (merger, new product, pivot), role changes, or when content performance drops.

  • Content Strategy Workshop (The Lighter Touch Option)

    One-time investment of $1,500 (half-day, virtual)

Not ready for ongoing ghostwriting but need strategic direction?

    3-hour virtual workshop covering:

    Your current LinkedIn presence audit

    Audience and content themes identification

I’ll walk you through the process.

Good work happens when expectations are clear, and communication is easy. Here's what that looks like.

Step 1 - Vibe Check and Project Fit

Pleased to meet you!

  • Fill out a short intake form covering your goals, LinkedIn activity, timeline, and communication preferences. From there, we connect on a 20-minute call or keep it fully async.

  • We connect on a 20-minute discovery call (or keep it fully async if you prefer).

  • Once we decide to move forward, you'll receive a service agreement, a deposit invoice, and a welcome Loom video that walks you through what to expect.

  • I assess if we're a good fit (ghostwriting works best when there's strategic alignment and mutual respect)

Moving forward:

  • You'll receive a service agreement, a deposit invoice, and a welcome Loom video walking you through what to expect.

  • We schedule your Voice & Strategy Foundation session.

Step 2 - Voice Immersion

This part is so much fun.

Week 1: Voice capture

  • I review your existing content (LinkedIn posts, videos, interviews, presentations).

  • We conduct a 2-hour voice immersion session where I ask about your expertise, stories, communication style, and strategic goals.

    • Sample questions: "Tell me about a time you explained [your expertise] to someone who didn't get it. How did you make it click?" "What do people get wrong about your industry?" "If you could only talk about one thing on LinkedIn, what would it be?"

    • This session is recorded so I can reference your exact phrasing and speaking patterns.

Week 2: Strategic foundation

  • I create your Voice Guide Document (you'll recognize yourself on every page).

  • I build your Content Themes Framework (8-12 repeatable topics that showcase your expertise).

  • I develop your 90-day Content Roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • You review everything, and we refine until it feels right.

Deliverables: Voice guide, content themes, 90-day roadmap, and LinkedIn profile optimization recommendations all live in a shared Notion workspace.

Step 3 - Monthly Rhythm (Ongoing)

Strategy calls:

  • The Foundation: Monthly 30-min call

  • The Authority Builder: Bi-weekly 30-min calls

  • The Executive Partner: Weekly 30-min calls

On these calls:

  • Review what's performing (and why).

  • Discuss upcoming company news, launches, or speaking engagements.

  • Map content themes for upcoming weeks.

  • Identify rapid-response opportunities.

Content creation workflow:

  • I write posts in weekly batches (delivered Mondays).

  • You review within 48 hours.

  • I incorporate revisions (1-3 rounds, depending on the package).

  • Final posts are delivered on Fridays.

  • Posts go live according to the agreed schedule (you post, or I schedule if you prefer).

Communication:

  • You get a weekly 3-bullet status note: what's done, what's next, what I need from you.

  • Response times: I respond within 24 hours (business days), and you have 48 hours for content review.

  • Executive Partner clients: Priority 4-hour response for time-sensitive content

Step 4 - Quarterly Reviews

Every 3 months:

  • 90-minute strategy session to review performance, adjust approach, and plan next quarter.

  • We look at what's working, update your voice guide if needed, and recalibrate content themes.

  • Included in Executive Partner package; optional add-on for Foundation and Authority Builder ($500)

Step 5 - Renewal or Evolution

After initial commitment:

  • Most clients renew month-to-month (auto-renewal).

  • Some upgrade tiers as their LinkedIn goals expand.

  • Others scale back seasonally (pre-approved breaks available).

  • Referrals are welcomed (and often how I grow my client roster).

One month's notice required for cancellation. No hard feelings. Life and priorities change.

A Note on AI

I sometimes use AI tools to support my business processes and as a brainstorming and editing partner. Every word delivered to you is written, shaped, and owned by me. If you have preferences about how AI is handled during your project, please let me know during intake.

Ready to build your LinkedIn presence?

Let's figure out if we're a good fit.

Click here to tell me about your needs.

Or send me a note on LinkedIn (Voice notes are fun if they’re quicker for you). Just tell me:

  1. What's your current LinkedIn situation?

  2. What would success look like in 6 months?

  3. What's your timeline?

I work with 3-4 executives at a time on retainers, so availability is limited. If my roster is full, I maintain a waitlist and can recommend alternatives while you wait.
